摘 要:高炉TRT系统是利用高炉炉顶余压回收能源的环保设备,在调节高炉顶压的同时,炉顶余压带动发电机发电,将本应在高炉减压阀组中消耗的压力回收成电能,是环保效益和经济效益显著的新技术。TRT在正常运转时担负着高炉顶压控制、利用高炉余压发电的任务,所以TRT稳定、可靠的运行对高炉生产影响巨大。TRT system of blast furnace is environmental protection equipment of energy recycling by using the residual pressure in blast furnace,which can adjust blast furnace top pressure.Top pressure driven generators is a new technology of environmental protection and is of economic benefits,which could recycle pressure in the blast furnace pressure relief valve group.TRT control system was responsible for the control of blast furnace top pressure,the task of using residual pressure of blast furnace generation in normal operation;so stable and reliable operation of TRT has great influence on the production of blast furnace.
