摘　　要：目的对比我军和美军飞行学员医学选拔标准中有关人工荨麻疹的异同点,为我军飞行学员医学选拔标准的修改提出合理建议。方法统计2012—2015年飞行学员医学选拔定选中人工荨麻疹试验阳性人数,并参照美军标准重新进行分类并评估。结果因人工荨麻疹阳性淘汰的共36例,占神经科淘汰人数的29.3%,将这36例学员参照美军标准重新进行分类,不合格2例,拟保留34例,需进一步检查以明确。结论中美飞行学员医学选拔对于人工荨麻疹阳性的淘汰标准不同,我军标准中关于人工荨麻疹的医学选拔标准应进一步细化。Objective To compare of medical selection standards of flying cadets in factitious urticaria between PLAAF and USAF,to make suggestions for revising PLAAF medical standards flying cadets.Methods The number of flying cadets who were performed dermatograph test form 2012 to 2015 was collected,and determined whether they were qualified or not according to USAF Medical Standards Directory.Results A total of 36 people were eliminated due to factitiousurticaria,29.3%of people who eliminated from neurological examination.According to USAF Medical Standards Directory,2 of them were disqualified,none was qualified,and 34 of them were unknown.Conclusion There were some differences on medical selection standards of flying cadets in factitious urticariabetween PLAAF and USAF,and we could revise PLAAF standards using USAF standards for reference.
