高校优秀辅导员学生工作特点分析——基于第七届全国辅导员年度人物入围者事迹的文本分析

摘　　要：本文通过对191名第七届全国高校辅导员年度人物入围辅导员的先进事迹的文本分析,阐释高校优秀辅导员在学生工作过程中表现出来的基本特点,即职业道德指向"爱"、专业和业务水平指向"通"、功能性和创新性指向"华"等工作特点。由此得到启示:高校优秀辅导员成长与发展要关注"学工智慧"的积累与"学工团队"的打造。Based on the text analysis of the outstanding deeds made by 191 Finalist College Counselors as Persons of the Year, this article will interpret basic characteristics of excellent college counselors＇ students working.These are namely ethical point on ＂loving＂, professional and business level point on ＂opening＂ and innovative point on ＂subliming＂. The resulting revelation is that excellent counselors＇ growth and development must be paid close attention to accumulation of ＂students working wisdom＂ and creation of ＂students working teams＂.
