摘 要:高校学前教育专业人才培养应在注重学历的同时,满足市场对其专业艺术技能的需求,不断提高他们的就业能力。本研究对S高校本科层次学前教育专业学生艺术技能培养现状进行了调查,发现存在学前教育专业本科生部分学生对于艺术技能课学习目标模糊,缺少学习动机;艺术专业化的教师和"非艺术背景"的学生之间存在教和学的矛盾;部分专业艺术技能课程学习缺乏课后练习,实践训练时间不足;专业艺术技能课程教学设备设施不完善,影响教学效果等问题。对此,应构建高校学前教育本科生专业艺术技能培养实训体系:建立定点见习机构,实行定期见习制度,增加学生对幼儿园教学需求的了解,增强学生学习主动性;改革教学方法,解决艺术技能课程教学中教和学的矛盾,增加教学针对性;建立课后技能训练管理制度,使课后训练常规化制度化,保障学习的有效性;丰富第二课堂活动,为学生技能展示搭建平台,激发学生学习积极性;完善技能课程教学设施设备,为学生技能学习和训练提供物质保障基础。University preschool education specialized personnel training should meet the market demand for its professional art skill ability in order to achieve better employment. Our study is on the cultivation of art skills of students majoring in preschool education of university S, and the result shows that: At present, part of preschool education specialized undergraduate student learning target fuzzy, lack of learning motivation; art professional teachers and students "non-artistic background" exist the contradiction between teaching and learning; students lack of skills training time; lack of teaching equipment and facilities. On this basis, the researchers put forward the following suggestions: carry out a system of regular trainee; increase the understanding of the students in kindergarten teaching and enhance students' learning initiative; reform of teaching methods; increase the teaching effectiveness; set up the system of management skills training after class to make it an institutionalization; guarantee the effectiveness of learning; enrich the second classroom activities; stimulate students study enthusiasm; perfect skill course teaching facilities, so as to ensure the material supplies for students' skill learning and training base.
