摘　　要：源于英美法系的案例教学法固然有其先进性和实用性,但并不完全适应大陆法系色彩浓厚的经济法学。应当结合经济法学的学科特点,针对经济法案例教学实践中存在的诸多问题,以增强案例教学的效果为出发点,重视发挥学生的参与度和积极性,从案例选择方法和推行"大案例"教学法等方面探索经济法案例教学模式的创新与突破。Though the case teaching method in the Anglo American legal system has progressiveness and practicability, it is not fully adapted to the economic law of the civil law system. It should be combined with the characteristics of economic law, to enhance the effect of case teaching in order to improve the students＇participation and enthusiasm, and to explore the innovation and breakthrough of the case teaching mode from the case selection method and the implementation of ＂big case＂ teaching method.
