摘　　要：医疗质量和效率贯穿在每个环节和部门中,能在消耗最少医疗资源的基础上,提供高质量、高效率的医疗服务,是医院生存与发展的竞争优势。笔者介绍了北京大学第三医院从患者入院(术前)、治疗(术中)到出院(术后),通过诊疗行为全程流程优化的管理,在保障医疗质量基础上,实现了医院医疗质量与医疗效率双赢。Medical quality and efficiency lie in every link and department, and the competitive advantage of the hospital existence and development relies on medical service of high quality and high efficiency based on wasting minimum medical resources.The authors of the paper introduce the realization of the two-win medical quality and efficiency with optimized process management of diagnosis and management which ensures medical quality for the patients before,during and after operation（ in hospitalization,during treatment and discharged from a hospital）.
