5S管理法在医院二级库房中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨"5S"管理法在医院二级库房管理中的应用效果。方法在医院的二级库房管理中实施"5S"管理法,通过对实施前后的库房管理情况调查,比较取物次数,取物时间,过期物品数量,物资非计划领取次数的数据,评价实施前后的差异性。结果在二级库房实施"5S"管理后,减少了护士去库房取物次数,取物时更加便捷,降低了物资的损耗和非计划领物次数。结论在医院二级库房管理中实施"5S"管理方法,是一项有效的管理方法。Objective： In order to discuss the applied results of＂5S＂managerial methods in the second-class warehouse management. Method： The authors invest warehouse management before and after＂5S＂practice, and compare pickup times, time,the number of overdue articles,data of unplanned pickup times and the differences before and after the implementation. Result： ＂5S＂management reduces pickup times for nurses,makes pickup more convenient,which lowers material dissipation and unplanned pickup.Conclusion： ＂5S＂management in the second-class warehouse is an effective method.
