摘 要:[目的]探讨正念行为训练联合亲情护理对肺癌病人自我感觉负担和应对方式的影响。[方法]选取2013年4月—2013年12月经唐山市人民呼吸内科确诊为Ⅰ期~Ⅱ期肺癌3个月以上的病人70例,采用随机数字法分为对照组(n=35)和观察组(n=35),对照组给予亲情护理,观察组在此基础上给予正念行为训练(每周1次,每次90min^120min,共6周)。于干预前和干预后分别采用自我感受负担量表(SPBS)、医学应对方式量表(MCSQ)和正念注意觉知量表(MAAS)测评两组病人自我感觉负担、应对方式和正念水平。[结果]干预前两组病人SPBS、MCSQ及MAAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后两组SPBS评分、MCSQ评分、MAAS评分优于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组SPBS评分、MCSQ及MAAS变化优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]正念行为训练联合亲情护理可改善肺癌病人自我感觉负担和应对方式。Objective:To probe into the influence of mindfulness training combined with family care on self-perceived burden and coping style of patients with lung cancer.Methods:A total of 70 cases of lung cancer patients diagnosed as stageⅠ-Ⅱlung cancer for more than 3months from April 2013 to December 2013 in department of respiratory medicine Tangshan people's hospital were randomly divided into control group(n=35)and observation group(n=35)by using random number mentod.The family nursing was given to the patients in control group,on the basis of that the patients in observation group received mindfulness training(once a week,every 90 min to 120 min,for a total of 6weeks).Before intervention and after treatment respectively the Self-Perceived Burden Scale(SPBS),Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire(MCSQ)and Mindful Attention Awareness Scale(MAAS)were used evaluate to the patients' feel burden,coping style and levels of mindfulness in both groups.Results:The differences of SPBS score,MCSQ and MAAS were not statistically significant between both groups before intervention(P0.05).After the intervention,the SPBS score,MCSQ score,MAAS score in two groups were better than that before the intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05);the SPBS score,MCSQ and MAAS changes in observation group were better than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Mindfulness training combined with family nursing could improve the lung cancer patients' self perceived burden and coping style.
