摘　　要：综合了分析土壤源热泵+常规冷水机组(方案一)与燃气热水锅炉+常规冷水机组(方案二)2个冷热源方案;从初投资及运行费用两方面进行技术及经济分析;通过动态费用年值法对2个方案进行对比。得出采用方案一比采用方案二具有明显的经济优势,综合确定采用方案一。The ground-source heat pztmp＋cold water unit（scheme I） and the gas hot water boiler＋cold water unit（scheme Ⅱ） are examined and expounded; To make technologic and economic analysis about these two schemes, including the initial investment and operating costs; Two schemes are compared by annual value method of dynamic cost. It is concluded that the scheme I has obvious economic advantages, and which should be introduced.
