社会资本、政治参与与农民工社会融合

摘　　要：在法制社会建设进程中,农民工的社会融合既有赖于社会资本,也有赖于政治参与。本文采用2013年农民工发展状况调查数据,分析了社会资本、政治参与对农民工社会融合的影响。研究表明,关系、组织和制度层面的社会资本均对农民工社会融合有一定的积极影响;制度性政治参与对社会融合主要产生积极影响,而非制度性政治参与主要是消极影响。解决农民工经济、社会、文化和心理多层次融合的复杂社会问题,政府必须优化社会政治生态,在制度体系框架内促进建立平等、包容的共通性社会资本,引导农民工有序进行制度性政治参与,消除非制度性政治参与。In the process of the construction of the legal system,social integrations of migrant workers depend on both their socialcapitals and the political participations. Using data from the survey of migrant workers' development in 2013,this paper analyzesthe effects of migrant workers' social capitals and political participations on their social integration. The results show that, socialcapitals at the level of relation,organization and institution have positive effects on social integrations. Institutional political par-ticipations mainly have positive effects on social integrations,while non-institutional political participations have negative effects.To solve complex social problems such as migrant workers' economic,social,cultural and mental integration,the governments mayreconstruct social and political ecology,improve the public to build equal and inclusive generalized social capitals guide migrantworkers to orderly participate in political activities,and avoid non-institutional political participations.
