铝合金小型零件两种不同化学着色膜的性能对比研究

摘  要:以高锰酸钾为主盐配方在常温下和以钼酸铵为主盐配方在加热条件下,分别对铝合金小型零件表面进行非阳极氧化的化学着黑色膜,并都进行坚膜和封闭的后处理。然后研究所获得的两种色膜的表面装饰效果及耐蚀性能。结果表明,以高锰酸钾为主盐配方获得的色膜在生产过程节能性和表观装饰效果上好于以钼酸铵为主盐配方获得的色膜,但其耐酸碱盐的腐蚀能力不及后者;对于一般零部件的装饰要求而言,二者的装饰效果及耐蚀性能都是可以满足的,实际生产中可根据零件的具体使用要求进行选择。The aluminum alloy small parts were colored into black respectively by using the formulations of KMnO_4as main salt at room temperature and the formulations of(NH4)_2MoO_4 as main salt under heating conditions with chemical,but not anodized method,and both of them were hardened and closed.Then,the surface decorative effect and corrosion resistant properties of the two coloring films were researched.The results show that the coloring film of KMnO_4 main salt formulation is better than that obtained with(NH4)_2MoO_4 main salt formulation in the energy saving property of production process and the exterior decorative effect,but its corrosion resistance to acid,alkali and salt is less than the latter.However,both decorative effect and corrosion resistance of them are satisfy to decorative purposes of general parts.The concrete method should be selected according to the specific requirements of the part in actual production.
