焊接活性剂在液压管件TIG焊中的应用

摘  要:将活性焊接法引入了液压管件的焊接,并进行了相关的焊接工艺试验。结果表明,对于壁厚为5mm的20#无缝钢管对接焊缝,钢管不用开坡口,使用活性荆后可以一次焊透,并且单面焊接双面成形。活性焊接法在液压管件焊接中的应用扩大了活性剂的使用范围,不仅提高了液压管件的焊后质量,而且焊接效率也得到大幅度提升。与常规的TIG焊接方法相比,A-TIG焊接接头的性能均满足相关要求。The active welding was introduced to weld hydraulic fittings,and related welding process test was carried out.Results showed that,the 20 # pipe butt weld with the wall thickness of 5mm can be penetrated by the active agent without groove,and the butt weld is double-sided and single-sided welding forming.Application of active welding in hydraulic pipe welding has expanding the use of active agents,not only improving the quality of post-weld of pipe hydraulic fittings,but also improving the welding efficiency significantly.Compared with conventional TIG welding method,the performance of A-TIG weld joints meets the requirements.
