摘 要:针对MPM钢管连轧过程特点,利用Marc有限元分析软件建立了三维热力耦合有限元模型,并对模拟结果:钢管出口形状、应力应变情况、轧制温度、机架轧制力进行了分析。结果表明:钢管外径和壁厚随着不用道次的进行而交替减小,最后趋于成品尺寸;钢管在辊底位置的等效应变最大,在辊缝处的等效应变最小;随轧制道次的递增,钢管内外表面的温度逐渐降低,而钢管内部温度先升高后降低。Based on the characteristics of MPM deformation process,a thermal-mechanical coupled model of this process was established.Some important parameters such as the rolled product size in each stand,the equivalent stress and strain of the tube,the temperature variation curves of the key nodes on the tube,the rolling force of each roller were analyzed using this model.The analysis results are as follows:the external diameter and wall thickness are alternate reduced between the pass bottom position and the roll gap position and tend gradually to finished size;for the equivalent strain,the maximum value is located in pass bottom position,while minimal value is situated in roll gap position;along the rolling direction,the temperature of the surface of tube decrease,while the temperature of internal nodes increase for plastic work and decrease following for conduction within tube.
