摘　　要：竹签包装生产中的点数工序是竹签生产包装的瓶颈工序,研发准确率高、自动化的点数机对生产企业具有重大意义。针对竹签人工点数准确率低、工作效率低等问题,设计了一种竹签自动点数机,其关键技术在于设计能够实现自动快速分料送料的分料送料机构、自动精确点数的计数装置,实现竹签自动点数作业。Counting when packing bamboo sticks is the bottleneck of bamboo stick production process.It is quit significant to research and develop high accuracy and automatic counting machine for bamboo stick producer.Regarding to the low accuracy and low efficiency of manually counting,we designed an automatic bamboo stick counting machine,whose key technology is the material dividing and feeding device,that realises high speed automatic material dividing and feeding;and the counting device that automatic counting precisely.And that realised automatic bamboo stick counting process.
