摘 要:以DMDAAC为改性剂,采用水浴法改性钠基蒙脱石.考量了制备有机蒙脱石的适宜条件,将钠基蒙脱石和有机蒙脱石分别代替工业制备白乳胶中的乳化剂制得白乳胶复合材料.利用IR、XRD等仪器进行表征,结果表明:DMDAAC改性钠基蒙脱石的适宜条件为DMDAAC的加入量为土浆所含干土质量的22%,反应时间为6 h,反应温度为65℃;经XRD表征可知有机蒙脱石的层间距由钠基蒙脱石的1.27 nm增加到1.40 nm;经IR表征可知:复合材料特征峰中有明显的钠基蒙脱石及有机蒙脱石的特征峰;通过XRD表征可知:制备的两种复合材料——钠基蒙脱石及有机蒙脱石与白乳胶以不同的形式结合.This paper , using DMDAAC as modifying agent, modifying Na-montmorillonite with the wa- ter bath method,investigates the appropriate conditions of the preparation of organic montmorillonite. Na- montmorillonite and organic montmorillonite were respectively as emulsifier used in the preparation of in- dustrial white emulsion in order to produce white emulsion composite material, then this kind of composite material was characterized by IR, XRD etc. The result show that the appropriate quantity of DMDAAC need to be added to 22 % of the mass of dry soil when DMDAAC modifies Na-montmorillonite; the ap- propriate temperature is 65 ~(2 ; the appropriate time is 6 h. We can know that organic montmorillonite lay- er spacing increases from 1.27 nm to 1.40 nm by XRD; in this material exists obvious Na-montmorillon- ite and organic montmorillonite characteristic peak by IR; Through the XRD characterization of composite material it can be known that the two composite material Na-montmorillonite and organic montmorillonite are united with white latex in different way.
