摘 要:采用挤出法制备的再生橡胶(WR)和低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)或废旧聚乙烯(WPE)对石油沥青进行改性,并用转矩流变仪将其制成改性母粒.考察WR和LDPE用量对改性母粒的密度、熔融指数,以及母粒改性沥青的针入度、针入度指数及软化点的影响,得到了制备改性沥青母粒的较优配方,当母粒的组成为WR30份、LDPE 20份、沥青20份、古马隆2.5份,母粒与基质沥青的混合质量比为1∶3.5时改性沥青性能指标能达到《聚合物改性道路沥青》中的SBS类(I-C类)基本性能指标要求;当用WPE代替LDPE,母粒组成为WR30份、WPE15份、沥青20份、古马隆2.5份,母粒与基质沥青的混合比为1∶3.5时,改性沥青的基本性能指标与《聚合物改性道路沥青》中SBS类(I-C类)基本性能指标相近.Reclaim rubber(WR) and low density polyethylene (LDPE) or waste polyethylene (WPE) were used to improve petroleum asphalt property by combination of asphalt and master batch which was prepared by torque rheometer with WR/LDPE or WR/WPE. The effect of WR and LDPE content on den- sity and melt index of master batch and thixotropic index ( at 25 ~C ) and softening point of asphalt modi- fied by master batch was investigated. The better directions for producing master batch were obtained. The performance of modified asphalt was able to satisfy the basic performance requirements of SBS ( I-C Clas- sification) in polymer modified asphalt road, when the component of the match batch was that WR was 30, LDPE was 20, asphalt was 20, coumarone was 2.5, and the mixture ratio of master batch and matrix asphalt is 1: 3.5. The performance of modified asphalt was approximately to satisfy the basic performance requirements of SBS (I-C Classification)in polymer modified asphalt road, when the component of the match batch was that WR was 30 ,WPE was 15 ,asphalt was 20 ,coumarone was 2.5 ,and the mixture ratio of master batch and matrix asphalt is 1 : 3.5.
