摘　　要：语义出版是对人类知识表达智能化改造基础上的出版方式,作为未来数字资源的主流形态将成为图书馆资源收藏的重要对象。语义出版作为一项突破性技术会对图书馆文献资源建设全流程产生较大影响,图书馆应该在资源采访、资源组织、资源利用、人员培养等方面制定相应对策,以在新的学术社区环境中重新定位,建立自己的核心竞争力。Semantic publishing is the way of publishing based on intelligent transformation on human knowledge representation. As the main form of future digital resources, semantic publishing will become an important object of library resources collection. Semantic publishing, which is a breakthrough technology, will affect the whole process of library literature resources construction. In order to relocate in the new academic community environment and build library＇s core competitiveness, the library should propose the corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of the acquisition, organization, utilization of the literature resources and personnel education.
