摘  要:在扩散度和坍落度试验基础上,研究尾砂性质、料浆浓度和砂灰比对尾砂充填料浆流变性能的影响。结果表明,充填料浆符合Hershel-Bulkley流体模型,在剪切速率0~220 s-1,料浆浓度小于74%时均会达到层流与紊流的临界剪切速率,其实际值大于理论计算值。全尾砂经分级后,屈服应力、刚性系数整体下降,浆体的扩散效果、流动性变好。充填料浆浓度的增加造成料浆屈服应力、刚性系数整体增大,表现为扩散度、坍落度总体呈下降趋势。砂灰比与流变特性参数不呈线性关系,对尾砂充填料浆的流变性能影响较小。Based on the experiment of diffusion and slump,the effects of the tailing character,the slurry concentration and the mass ratio of tailings to cement on the backfilling slurry rheological performance are investigated. The results show that the backfilling slurries are consonant with the Hershel-Bulkley rheological model,and the critical shear rates between laminar and turbulent flow within0 ~ 220 s- 1are achieved when the slurry concentration below 74%,and the actual value is greater than that the theoretical calculating value. The Yield stress and rigidity coefficient are entirely decreased for classified tailings,so the diffusion effect and mobility of backfilling slurries become better. The yield stress and rigidity coefficient are assembly increased with the increase of slurry concentration,so the diffusion and slump of the backfilling slurries are totally decreased. The mass ratio of tailings to cement performs no linear relation with rheological performance parameters and there is little influence on rheological performance of tailing backfilling slurries.
