摘 要:在分析超细水泥粒径分布、水灰比和可注性等特性的基础上,对河南某铅锌银矿破碎蚀变薄矿脉进行超细水泥现场注浆试验。结果表明,以DMFC-1200超细水泥注浆的合适浆液水灰比为1.2∶1.0,合理的注浆压力范围为2.0~6.0 MPa,浆液扩散半径范围为0.5~1.5 m,扩散区域主要集中在轻、中蚀变岩中。Based on the analysis of the particle diameter distribution,the water cement ratio and the perfusion performance of the DMFC-1200 superfine cement,the experiments of in situ grouting for a broken and alteration thin vein in a lead-zinc-silve mine in Henan with the superfine cement as the grouting material are conducted. The results show that the suitable water cement ratio for the grouting with DMFC-1200 superfine cement as the grouting material is 1. 2 ∶ 1. 0,the reasonable range of grouting pressure is 2. 0 ~ 6. 0 MPa,and the diffusion radius is in the range of 0. 5 ~ 1. 5 m. In addition,the diffusion area is mainly concentrated in the mild and moderate alteration rock.
