摘 要:为了解掘进爆破后粉尘粒子的空间运移规律,确定除尘技术参数,改善除尘效果,实测金川龙首矿1100斜坡道沿程粉尘沉降、空间粒度分布情况,定点监测爆破过程粉尘浓度随时间变化,研究掘进面爆破粉尘运移及粉尘浓度随时间的变化规律。结果表明,随距工作面的距离增加,不同粒径粉尘颗粒比例、沉降及空间分布显现不同的变化趋势。粉尘浓度在爆破后经历50 min仍远远超过规定的粉尘浓度,颗粒比例随粒径增大而减小,悬浮在空间的粉尘分散度分布较为一致。根据试验结果确定工作面喷雾降尘技术参数,全尘和呼尘降尘率分别高达95.77%和96.40%。In order to illuminating the spatial migration of the blasting dust particles after the excavating,determining the technical parameters and improving the efficiency of removing dust,in the1100 ramp in Jinchuan Longshou Mine,the blasting dust settlement and the spatial distribution along the long-distance driving roadway are actually measured,and the dust concentration variation versus time in the blasting process is monitored at the fixed points. Meanwhile,the blasting dust spatial migration and the dust concentration variation versus time of the driving surface are investigated. The results show that the proportion of different particles,the settlement situation,and the spatial distribution of the blasting dust appears the different trends with the increase of the distance from the driving surface. The dust concentration is still far more than that the prescribed concentration after blasting 50 min,the proportion of the different size dust particles is decreased with the increase of the particle diameter,and the dispersion of the suspended dust in the space is consistently distributed. The parameters of spraying dustsettling are determined according to the result,and the dust removal rates are 95. 77% and 96. 4% for the total and respirable dust,respectively.
