摘　　要：本文首先探讨基建档案的定位,结合具体实践,提出基建项目不同阶段的管理方式和管理要点;同时,总结基建档案管理中对监理、总包和建设单位的不同要求,对基建档案管理的难点进行有益探索。This paper first discusses the positioning of construction archives,combining the concrete practice,proposes the management mode and management points of infrastructure projects at different stages. At the same time,it summarizes the different requirements of the supervisor,contractor and construction units in construction archives management,and explores the difficulties of the management of construction archives.
