摘  要:采用气体三氧化硫在ballestra多管降膜式磺化器中对蓖麻油甲酯乙氧基化物先磺化/硫酸化再用30%氢氧化钠溶液中和的方法,通过改变三氧化硫气体与有机物物质的量比,制得4种阴离子活性物质量分数不同(51.1%~64.3%)的蓖麻油甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸/硫酸盐样品,测定样品的物化性能。结果表明:蓖麻油甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸/硫酸盐样品的润湿时间为171~387 s,乳化时间为166~228 s,HLB约值均大于8,且阴离子活性物质量分数高的2种样品大于13,cmc为78.70~102.06 mg/L,γcmc为37.78~41.89m N/m,起泡力和泡沫稳定性都比较差。Castor oil methyl ester ethoxylate was first sulfonated/sulfated by sulfur trioxide gas in ballestra multi-tube falling film sulfonated device, then neutralizated by 30% sodium hydroxide solution, and four kinds of different anionic contents(51.1%~64.3%) of castor oil methyl ester ethoxylate sulfonate/sulfate samples were obtained by changing molar ratio of the sulfur trioxide gas and organic. The physical and chemical properties of samples were determined. The results showed that wetting time and emulsification time of castor oil methyl ester ethoxylate sulfonate/sulfate sample were 171~387 s and 166~228 s, respectively. HLB approximately values were greater than 8, and both kinds of samples of the higher anionic contents were greater than 13. The critical micelle concentrations were 78.70~102.06 mg/L, the surface tension at the critical micelle concentration were 37.78~41.89 m N/m, and the foaming capacity and foam stability of samples were relatively poor.
