摘 要:胚胎后期和出壳早期是家禽消化及免疫器官发育的重要时期。由于当今快速生长胚胎代谢率的增加,在孵化后期胚胎营养储备可能有限或不足,或者某些营养殆尽。与哺乳动物胚胎不同,禽类胚胎生长和发育所需来至种母禽的能量和营养是有限的。在家禽种蛋内需求和营养储备之间的不平衡可能会限制胚胎最大程度生长和发育。胚蛋给养是一个有效的选择,因此,可采用胚蛋注射的方法对胚胎给养来缓解胚胎发育后期营养物质的不足。本文简述了胚蛋给养的研究现状,并探讨早期营养对家禽的重要性,胚蛋给养技术对孵化率、生长、肠道健康和免疫反应的影响,以及胚蛋给养在家禽产业中研究的未来。It is an important period to the digest and immune organ development for the poultry during pre- and post-hatch. Due to increased metabolic rate of today’s fast growing embryos, the embryonic nutrient reserves may be limited or insufficient and some nutrients are depleted in the prenatal period. Unlike the mammalian embryo, the avian embryo has a finite amount of energy and nutrients for growth and development invested by the broiler breeder hen. The imbalance between requirement and reserves of nutrients stored within eggs may limit maximal growth and development of poultryembryos. In ovo feeding of nutrients would be a effective option. So the in ovo feeding technology can improve to nutrient shortage in the prenatal period. This review examines the development of in ovo feeding technology and discusses the importance of early feeding of the poultry, The effects of in ovo feeding technology on hatchability, growth, gut health and immune response of poultry. The prediction of the future role of in ovo feeding in the poultry industry.
