摘　　要：一般利润率趋向下降的规律,是马克思资本积累理论与经济危机理论的重要组成部分,国内外学者围绕这个问题所展开的讨论也最广泛、最激烈、时间持续最长。本文主要从关于利润率度量范围的争论、利润率下降趋势原因分析和有关实证分析等三个方面,梳理了近年来国内外学者的诸多研究。The proposition of downward profit rate trend is an important part of Marx's capital accumulation theory and economic crisis theory. The proposition is also a hot topic for the long persisting intensive debate. This article makes a survey of the related studies by Chinese and foreign authors from three perspectives: the scope for the measuring of profit rate, the reasons for decreasing of profit rate, and the positive analysis on the topic.
