摘　　要：县委主体责任具有政治性、法定性、直接性和全面性的特点。县委主体责任的内容和要求主要包括加强组织领导、分配工作机制、严明党的纪律、加强作风建设、选好用好干部、维护群众利益,坚决惩治腐败;规范权力运行、全面巡查巡视等。监督考核是县委问责的前提和基础,必须严格追究县委的主体责任。Main Responsibility of county Party committee has the characteristics of political, statutory, direct and comprehensive.Its content and requirements include： strengthening organization and leadership, allocation mechanism, the strict party discipline, strengthening the construction of working attitude, use and selection of cadres, maintaining public ＇s interests, to resolutely punish corruption,specification of power operation, comprehensive inspection, etc. Supervision and inspection is the premise and foundation accountability of the county.The main responsibility of the county party committee must be strictly investigated.
