摘　　要：促进农村创业对我国农业与农村经济发展具有重要作用。"互联网+"行动计划的实施给广西农村创业带来机遇与挑战。抓住人才、服务、资金、意识与文化等方面的机遇,优化、培育良好的农村创业环境,对促进农村创业与农村经济发展具有重要意义。It plays an important role in China＇s agriculture and rural economy development to promote rural entrepreneurship. The implementation of the ＂Internet ＋＂ action plan bring opportunities and challenges for Guangxi rural entrepreneurs.It is of great significance in promoting rural entrepreneurship and rural economic development to seize the opportunity from personnel, services, capital, cultural and to optimize and cultivate good rural entrepreneurship environment.
