参考馆员在高校图书馆公共关系活动中的角色和作用研究

摘　　要：参考馆员在为高校图书馆创造良好形象、提升图书馆服务水平方面有着重要作用。将参考馆员和公共关系人员进行对比,阐述参考馆员在进行参考咨询时应具备的专业素养,分析高校图书馆公共关系的重要性和参考馆员与读者之间的关系,揭示参考馆员的重要作用。Reference librarian plays an important role in the aspects of establishing good image and improving the service level of university library. Comparing with reference librarian and public relations personnel,this paper elaborates the professionalism the reference librarian should possess when taking up reference counseling,analyzes the importance of university library public relations and the relationship between reference librarian and the reader,finally reveals the significant role of reference librarian.
