摘 要:半导体制冷技术作为一种高效的温控措施在许多精密温控领域得到了推广应用。国内外早有针对半导体制冷器的众多研究,但大多将半导体的内热源简化为均匀热源。为了剔除上述简化带来的分析误差,遵循焦耳热为半导体内非均匀内热源这一事实,提出了一种基于分离叠加原则的工程求解方法。首先构建线性常微分方程的分析模型,符合分离叠加原理,其次分别讨论各种边界条件下的热流量和温度场分布,最后,基于传热学第一类边界条件,通过叠加方法得到半导体内热流量和温度场的稳态分布,并取方程特征解验证了上述方法的可行性。Because of the high-speed development of modern technology,the thermoelectric refrigeration,which is seen as an efficient refrigeration method,is widely used in precision temperature control in many areas.Lots of study have been made in the field of thermoelectric refrigeration inside and abroad,but the inner heat source of thermocouple is simplified as uniform heat source.In order to minish the errors caused by simplification,an engineering resolution method based on the separation and superposition principle is derived,in which the Joule heat is considered as the nonuniform internal generation of thermocouple.At first,an analysis model which stayed within the rules of the linear ordinary differential equation is derived.And then,the division and distribution formulas of temperature and heat flux in the thermocouple are investigated.In the end,the distribution formulas of temperature and heat flux under the boundary conditions of the first are obtained,and all of these have been demonstrated by checking calculation.
