2013-2015年北京市门头沟区健康人群脑膜炎奈瑟氏球菌带菌率分析

摘　　要：目的了解北京市门头沟区健康人群脑膜炎奈瑟氏球菌（Neisseriameningitides,Nm）带菌情况,为制定防控措施提供依据。方法 2013-2015年在门头沟区分层整随机抽取不同年龄组健康人群进行咽拭子采样,分离、鉴定Nm。结果在756例健康人群中,检出Nm 41株,带菌率为5.42%。在分离到的41株Nm菌株中,B群7株,不可分群24株,自凝菌10株。结论北京市门头沟区健康人群Nm带菌者主要集中在15~39岁,检出的菌株以不可分群为主。Objective To understand the condition of Neisseria Meningitides（ Nm） in healthy people in Mentougou District,and provide reference for disease control. Methods The specimens of throat swabs were collected from healthy people in different age groups by stratified sampling method. The Nm strains were isolated and identified. Results 41 Nm strains were isolated from 756 specimens with the carrier rate of 5. 42%. 7 serogroup B,24 non-swarming and 10 perse-aggl bacterium were detected in the 41 Nm strains,and,respectively. Conclusion The isolated Nm strains were concentrated in 15- 39 years in Mentougou district,the dominant strain was non-swarming.
