国际产科服务模式在孕产妇中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨国际产科服务模式在孕产妇中的应用方法及效果。方法:将400例孕妇随机分为观察组和对照组各200例,对照组采用传统服务模式,观察组采用国际产科服务模式,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组李克特量表、恐惧调查量表-Ⅱ(FSS-Ⅱ)、心理健康报告(SPHERE)评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组自然分娩率高于对照组(P<0.05),自然分娩时会阴侧切率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产程时间短于对照组(P<0.05),产后2 h阴道流血量少于对照组(P<0.05),产后48、72 h泌乳量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:国际产科服务模式可提高自然分娩率、降低会阴侧切率,有效缩短产程,减少产后出血,减轻产妇痛苦,短期内提高泌乳量。Objective： To explore the application method and effect of international obstetric service model in pregnant women. Methods：400 pregnant women were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group（ 200 pregnant women in each group）. The traditional service model was used in the control group and the international obstetric service model was adopted in the observation group,the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results： There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the scores of Likert scale,fear survey scale- II and SPHERE between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）; the natural birth rate was higher in the observation group than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the perineal resection rate was lower in the observation group than the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the duration of labor was shorter in the observation group than the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the postpartum vaginal bleeding volume within 2 hours after childbirth was less in the observation group than the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the lactation volume was much more within 48 and 72 hours after childbirth in the observation group than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Application of the international obstetric service model can increase the rate of natural childbirth,reduce the perineal resection rate,shorten the duration of labor,reduce postpartum hemorrhage and increase the lactation volume in the short time.
