标准化护理策略在脑脊液引流患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨标准化护理策略在脑脊液引流患者中的应用方法及效果。方法：选取2013年1月~2015年4月我院神经外科行脑脊液引流治疗的患者133例作为研究组,选取2013年1月以前我院神经外科行脑脊液引流治疗的患者133例作为对照组,对照组采用传统的管路护理策略进行护理,研究组采用标准化策略进行护理,比较两组护理效果。结果：研究组患者护理质量考评情况、对脑脊液引流宣教知识知晓率、对脑脊液引流护理满意度均优于对照组（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）。结论：标准化护理策略可有效提高脑脊液引流患者的护理质量和护理满意度。Objective： To explore the application method and effect of the standardized nursing strategy in patients with cerebrospinal fluid drainage. Methods： 133 selected patients undergoing cerebrospinal fluid drainage（ from January 2013 to April 2015） were taken as the study group; other 133 patients receiving the treatment of cerebrospinal fluid drainage（ before January 2013） were taken as the control group. The traditional nursing care of drainage tube was taken in the control group and the standardized nursing strategy was implemented in the study group,the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results： The quality of nursing care,the patient＇s awareness of the knowledge about the drainage and their satisfaction with nursing care was better in the study group than the control group（ P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Application of the standardized nursing strategy can effectively improve the nursing quality and nursing satisfaction of patients with cerebrospinal fluid drainage.
