基于多元化护理需求的治疗性沟通在泌尿系统疾病合并糖尿病手术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨基于多元化护理需求的治疗性沟通在泌尿系统疾病合并糖尿病手术患者中的应用效果。方法：将2014年3月~2015年6月收住入院的480例泌尿系统疾病合并糖尿病手术患者随机分为对照组与实验组各240例,对照组接受常规护理,实验组在对照组基础上接受基于多元化护理需求的治疗性沟通干预,比较两组干预后各观察指标。结果：实验组干预后的心境状态评分、生理方面护理需求干预效果及社会支持评分与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对泌尿系统疾病合并糖尿病手术患者采取基于多元化护理需求的治疗性沟通干预,能够显著改善该类患者心境状态,提高社会支持度,同时还可降低该类患者的疼痛程度,改善睡眠,降低并发症发生可能性。Objective： To explore the application effect of therapeutic communication based on diversified nursing needs in the treatment of patients with urinary system diseases complicated with diabetes mellitus. Methods： 480 patients with urinary system diseases complicated with diabetes mellitus（ treated from March 2014 to June 2015） were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group（ 240 cases in each group）. The patients in the control group received routine nursing care and the patients in the experimental group were provided therapeutic communication based on diversified nursing needs,the each observation index was compared between the two groups after the intervention. Results： There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the scores of mental state and nursing needs of the patients,the effect of nursing intervention and social support between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Application of therapeutic communication based on diversified nursing needs can significantly improve the patient＇ s mental state and social support and reduce the occurrence of complications in the treatment of patients with urinary system diseases complicated with diabetes mellitus.
