摘　　要：目的:探讨早期康复护理干预对创伤性颅脑损伤患者的影响。方法:将82例创伤性颅脑损伤患者随机分为观察组和对照组各41例,对照组给予院内常规治疗及护理干预,观察组在此基础上给予早期康复护理干预,比较两组干预效果。结果:两组干预后Fugl-Meyer量表、简明精神状态检查量表(MMSE)、记忆商(MQ)评分优于干预前(P<0.05),观察组干预后Fugl-Meyer、MMSE及MQ评分优于对照组干预后(P<0.05)。结论:早期康复护理干预可改善创伤性颅脑损伤患者的肢体运动和认知功能,促进脑功能恢复。Objective： To discuss the influence of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on patients with traumatic brain injury. Methods： 82 patients with traumatic brain injury were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group（ 41 cases in each group）. The patients were given routine treatment and nursing intervention in the hospital; the early rehabilitation nursing intervention was adopted in the observation group. The effect of nursing intervention was compared between the two groups. Results： The scores of Fugl-Meyer scale,MMSE and MQ were superior after the intervention to those before the intervention in the two groups（ P〈0. 05）; the scores of Fugl- Meyer scale,MMSE and MQ were superior in the observation group to the control group after the intervention（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The early rehabilitation nursing intervention can improve the limb movement and cognitive function of patients with traumatic brain injury and promote their recovery of brain function.
