自固定补片在腹腔镜完全腹膜外疝修补术中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨自固定补片（聚丙烯和聚乳酸复合补片）在完全腹膜外修补术（TEP）中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析解放军海军安庆医院2014年1-12月使用自固定补片进行腹腔镜TEP手术的28例患者临床资料。结果 28例患者手术均成功施行,手术时间40-80 min,平均（57±12）min,术后平均住院时间（3.8±0.9）d,术后出现腹股沟区血清肿1例,尿潴留1例,未发生其他并发症,随访6-18个月,无腹股沟疝复发。结论自固定补片在TEP中使用是安全、有效的,值得临床推广使用。Objective Discuss the clinical value of the self-gripping mesh in laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal inguinal hernia repair（ TEP）. Methods The clinical data of 28 cases of unilateral inguinal hernia underwent TEP with self-gripping mesh in the PLA Navy Anqing hospital from January 2014 to December 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. Results All operations were successfully performed. The mean operative time was（ 57 ± 12） minutes,and the postoperative hospitalization was（ 3. 8 ± 0. 9） days.There were one case of seroma in groin area,one case of urinary retention,without any other complications.No recurrence occurred during a 6 to 18 months of follow-up. Conclusion The self-gripping mesh in laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal inguinal hernia repair is safe and effective,and it is worth being widely used.
