可吸收缝线在经腹腹膜前疝修补术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨可吸收缝线在经腹腹膜前疝修补术（TAPP）中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2008年6月至2013年2月南阳市第二人民医院实施TAPP的患者中,应用可吸收缝线固定补片,连续缝合关闭腹膜158例患者的临床资料。结果 158例患者手术均获成功,无中转开放手术,1例术后发生浆液肿,经穿刺后痊愈,1例发生大腿外侧暂时性感觉异常,2 d后自行消失,2例轻度阴囊水肿,未行处理,3-5 d后自行消退。全组随访6个月至3年均未复发。结论可吸收缝线是经腹腹膜前疝修补术的理想材料,手术创伤小、并发症少,复发率低。Objective To investigate the value of absorbable sutures in laparoscopic transabdominal preperitoneal hernia repair（ TAPP）. Methods From June 2008 to February 2013,the clinical data of158 patients underwent TAPP in Nanyang Second People＇ s Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. In these cases,the absorbable sutures were used for mesh fixation and continuous closure of peritoneum. Results All operations were successfully completed,without conversions to open operation. Seroma occurred in1 case,which cured by puncture. There were 1 case of lateral thigh transient paresthesia and 2 cases of mild scrotal edema,which disappeared in 2 d and 3-5 d,respectively. All the patients were followed up for6 months to 3 years without recurrence. Conclusion The absorbable suture is an ideal material for laparoscopic transabdominal preperitoneal hernia repair.
