摘　　要：生态文明建设对旅游发展中林业资源的利用提出了要求,《旅游法》的颁布实施为林业旅游的可持续发展、生态理念的传播、林业资源的合理利用提供了新机遇,同时对林业旅游景区的严格管理、环境保护、市场经营及战略宣传有较大影响,将使林业资源的利用、经营、管理和宣传法制化。文章对此进行了探讨,并对旅游发展中林业资源的保护提出了健全规范林业资源利用的法律制度、充分发挥司法体系的保障作用、推动信息公开和公众参与等建议。The construction of ecological civilization put forward requests for the utilization of forest resources during the tourism development. The promulgation and implementation of ＂tourism law＂ created new opportunities for the sustainable development of forestry tourism, the dissemination for the ecological concept, and the reasonable and legitimate use of forestry resources. ＂Tourism law＂ had great influences on the strict management, environmental protection, market management and strategic propaganda, and it made legislation of the use, operation, management and promotion of forestry resources, This paper discussed all above opportunities and impacts mentioned, the suggestions was put froward on the protection of forestry resources during the development of tourism, such as improving the legal system, strengthening the protection and perfecting the supervision system and so on
