支撑剂充填层短期导流能力影响因素试验研究

摘  要:运用KDDL-Ⅱ型酸蚀裂缝导流仪,对闭合压力、粒径、铺砂密度、流量等影响导流能力的几个主控因素进行试验研究。结果表明:闭合压力低于15 MPa时,随闭合压力增大石英砂导流能力迅速下降;闭合压力高于15 MPa时,下降趋势变缓;粒径大的石英砂导流能力要远大于粒径小的石英砂导流能力;铺砂密度大的石英砂导流能力明显大于铺砂密度小的石英砂导流能力;低流量石英砂导流能力要大于高流量石英砂导流能力。The KDDL-Ⅱ type acid etched fracture conductivity meter is used to study the main control factors of the closure pressure,particle size,sand density,flow rate and so on. The results show that:when the pressure drop is lower than 15 MPa,the flow capacity of quartz sand decreases rapidly with the increase of closing pressure,and the trend of the closed pressure is higher than that of 15 MPa. The large grain size of quartz sand diversion capacity is much larger than the small grain size of the quartz sand diversion capacity. The diversion capacity of quartz sand with large sand density is significantly greater than that of the sand with small sand density. Low flow rate of quartz sand diversion capacity is greater than high flow rate of quartz sand diversion capacity.
