摘 要:通过Coasts-Redfern积分法计算各阶段的活化能,发现失水、吸氧阶段的活化能不能代表煤的自燃倾向性,热解活化能才最能代表煤的自燃倾向性,热解活化能越大,煤越不易自燃;与Achar微分法计算结果比较,Coasts-Redfern积分法在预测煤自燃倾向性时准确性更高。The activation energy of each stage was calculated by the Coasts-Redfern integral method,and it was found that the activation energy of the water loss stage and oxygen uptake stage could not represent the coal spontaneous combustion tendency. The activation energy of pyrolysis is the most representative of the spontaneous combustion tendency of coal. The greater the pyrolysis activation energy become, the more difficulty the proneness of coal spontaneous combustion is. Compared with calculation results with Achar differential method, Coasts-Redfern integral method was more accurate in predicting the tendency of coal spontaneous combustion.
