摘  要:设计了基于ZigBee的煤矿液压支架压力远程监测系统,实现了对煤矿井下液压支架压力的实时采集与监控。该系统由采集分站、通信主站和上位机等构成,实现了对液压支架压力的实时监控、参数记录、历史曲线等功能,为液压支架的初撑力、工作阻力以及周期来压等规律的分析提供了可靠的依据。A kind of remote monitoring system to the coal mine′s hydraulic support based on Zig Bee is designed which could monitor and analyze the pressure of coal mine hydraulic support in real-time.The system consists of collection substation, communication master station and upper monitor. The upper monitoring system has achieved these goals of monitoring in real-time, recording data and drawing history curve, which provides a reliable basis for the analysis of the initial support force,working resistance and periodic pressure of the hydraulic support.
