摘　　要：针对黑龙江省某市小型非金属露天开采类矿产资源开发利用方案审核中发现的共性技术问题,通过定量分析和定性分析相结合的方法,研究并提出了现有经济技术条件下精确确定剥采比、边坡角的方法,为今后高标准编制此类矿产资源开发利用方案提供借鉴和指导。Researches the key technology in common in the period of development and utilization of resources by combining quantitative and qualitative analysis for the common key technical problems found in auditing the scheme of mineral resources development and utilization which is aimed at a small non-metallic materials open-pit located in a city in Heilongjiang province. Also, with those items completed, puts forward the method of exactly determining stripping ratio and slope angle under the condition of economic technology today and provides reference and guidance for the development and utilization of mineral resources in the future as well.
