摘　　要：灾难后的心理救援工作需要心理咨询师、志愿者、精神科医师等多种角色。其中,精神科医师以其自身的身份优势、有医学背景、组织结构统一性好等特点,适合充当灾难后心理救援工作的领导角色。Many kinds of roles,such as psychological counselors,volunteer and psychiatrists are needed in psychological first aid after disaster. Among them,psychiatrists are suitable for the leadership role for their ow n advantages,such as,being doctor,having medical know ledge,having the similar organizational structure.
