摘 要:对比分析硝铵磷与农用硝酸钾,以及分别用硝铵磷和农用硝酸钾为主要原料中试生产肥料的热稳定性。结果表明,农用硝酸钾热稳定性优于硝铵磷,用硝铵磷和农用硝酸钾为原料加工成的复合肥热稳定性相差不大。说明农用硝酸钾可以作为复合肥生产原料进行二次加工,但在生产过程中要避免温度过高而出现分解等安全事故。The thermal stability of ammonium nitrate-phosphate and agricultural potassium nitrate, as well as the thermal stability of the fertilizers respectively with ammonium nitrate-phosphate and agricultural potassium nitrate as the main raw material are compared. The results show that thermal stability of agricultural potassium nitrate is better than that of ammonium nitrate-phosphate, and thermal stability of the fertilizers with two materials is similar. The conclusion is agricultural potassium nitrate can be used as the raw material for compound fertilizer for secondary processing, but the production process should avoid high temperature, which causes decomposition and other accident.
