摘　　要：针对磷酸装置萃取率低、磷石膏结晶细小、磷石膏结块严重、系统清理频繁、产品磷酸含量不稳定等诸多问题,采用低位闪蒸工艺进行改造。介绍了改造方案、主要设备的选型及改造后的运行情况。结果表明,低位闪蒸冷却工艺能够有效解决当前存在的问题。Based on the problems of low phosphorus recovery rate, small gypsum crystals, serious caking of phosphogypsum, short cleaning cycle frequently clear system and unstable quality of phosphate, low flash process is used for modification. The modification scheme, main equipment selection and operation after the modification are introduced. The results show that, low flash cooling process can effectively solve the problems existing in the current.
