摘 要:目的研究糙苏叶中的化学成分。方法采用柱层析对糙苏叶中的提取物进行分离提纯,并利用现代波谱方法分析鉴定,确定化合物的结构。结果分离并鉴定出10个环烯醚萜类化合物,它们分别为:(1S*,3R*,4S*,5S*,6R*,7R*,8S*,9S*)-3,8-epoxy-1-hydroxy-4-methoxycarbonyl-10-methyl-6,7-acetonide-cis-2-oxabicyclo[4.3.0]nonane(1),(1R*,3R*,4S*,5S*,6R*,7R*,8S*,9S*)-3,8-epoxy-1-hydroxy-4-methoxycarbonyl-10-methyl-6,7-acetonide-cis-2-oxabicyclo[4.3.0]nonane(2),8-acetylshanzhigenin methyl ester(3),8-acetyl-1-epishanzhigenin methyl ester(4),shanzhigenin methyl ester(5),1-epishanzhigenin methyl ester(6),1β-hydroxy-dihydrocornin aglycone(7),1α-hydroxy-dihydrocornin aglycone(8),独一味素A(9),独一味素B(10)。结论从糙苏叶中分离得到的10个化合物中,化合物1、2、7和8为首次从该属植物中分离得到。Objective To study the chemical constituents of Phlomis umbrosa. Methods The compounds of iridoid were isolated by means of silica gel column chromatography and elucidated by spectroscopic experiments. Results Ten iridoid compounds isolated from the air-dried and powdered leaves of Phlomis umbrosa Turcz. All these compounds were as follows:( 1S^*,3R^*,4S^*,5S^*,6R^*,7R^*,8S^*,9S^*)-3,8-epoxy-1-hydroxy-4-methoxycarbon-yl-10-methyl-6,7-acetonide-cis-2-oxabicyclo[4. 3. 0] nonane( 1);( 1R^*,3R^*,4S^*,5S^*,6R^*,7R^*,8S^*,9S^*)-3,8-epoxy-1-hydroxy-4-methoxycarbonyl-10-methyl-6,7-acetonide-cis-2-ox-abicyclo[4. 3. 0]nonane( 2); 8-acetylshanzhigenin methyl ester( 3); 8-acetyl-1-epishanzhig-enin methyl ester( 4); shanzhigenin methyl ester( 5); 1-epishanzhigenin methyl ester( 6); 1β-hydroxy-dihydrocornin aglycone( 7); 1α-hydroxy-dihydrocornin aglycone( 8); lamiophlomiol A( 9); lamiophlomiol B( 10). Conclusion Compounds 1,2,7 and 8 were all first isolated from the genus.
