初产妇产褥期延续性护理需求调查研究

摘　　要：目的了解初产妇产褥期出院后对延续性护理服务的需求,为临床护理实践提供依据。方法选取2015年3~8月在新乡医学院第三附属医院住院分娩的150例初产妇为研究对象,进行一般人口学特征、延续性护理需求内容、需求满足方式及需求程度等相关资料的问卷调查。结果 150例初产妇对延续性护理需求总分为3.87±1.16,最主要的延续性护理需求内容依次是婴儿常见疾病预防和护理知识、婴儿异常活动的识别、婴儿预防接种知识。初产妇对延续性护理需求形式得分为2.94±1.07,位居前3的依次为运用网络平台（微信/QQ）、发放健康手册、电话随访。结论初产妇出院后存在一定的护理服务需求,构建个体化延续性护理服务渠道,及时给予帮助与支持,有利于提高初产妇生活质量以及其对护理工作的满意度。Objective To know about the primipara demand for continuity care after discharge in puerperium,in order to provide the basis for clinical nursing practice. Methods One hundred and fifty primipara were selected as object of study in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University from March 2015 to August 2015. The general demographic characteristics,the content of the continuity of care needs,the way of meeting the needs and demand questionnaire and other related information were investigated. Results The score of puerperium continue care needs of the 150 cases was 3. 87 ± 1. 16. The continuation of the main demand for nursing,in turn,was a common disease prevention and nursing knowledge,baby abnormal recognition and vaccination knowledge. The score of the way of meeting the needs of puerperium continue care needs was2. 94 ± 1. 07,in the first three followed by using of network platform（ We Chat / QQ）,given health handbook,telephone followup. Conclusion Primipara demand has certain nursing care after discharge. It is in favour of improving the life quality of primipara and satisfaction of the primipara to nursing job by building individualized continuity care service channels and timely help and support the primipara.
