微波铁氧体器件三阶交调效应机理分析及设计验证

摘  要:推导了在有大信号微波功率加载条件下铁氧体进动方程的展开式,结合高场圆盘结环行器中微波传播的模式特点及边界条件,得出了三阶交调电场的表达式。通过编程计算,得到了结式环行器三阶无源交调与输入信号幅度、外加磁场强度间的关系。根据计算结果,用HFSS仿真并制作了一款高场结式环行器,并对该环行器三阶交调性能进行了测试,测试结果与理论分析较为吻合,为通信用低交调指标环行器/隔离器提供设计指导。The magnetization precession equations' expansion was derived under large signal microwave power load conditions. Combined with microwave transmission mode characteristics and boundary conditions of the high field disc junction circulator, the expressions of the third-order intercept point in the electric field were obtained. By the programming calculation, the dependence of the third-order intercept point was acquired on the amplitude of the input signal and the strength of the applied magnetic field. According to the calculation results, a high field junction circulator was designed and fabricated based on HFSS simulation, and the third-order intercept was tested,which was in good agreement with theoretical analysis, offering guidence for designing circulators and isdators with low intermodulation.
