摘  要:目的:探讨低密度脂蛋白(LDL)C、非高密度脂蛋白(non-HDL)C和动脉硬化指数(AI)与冠心病严重程度的相关性及其预测价值。方法:采用相关分析及多元线性回归分析冠心病患者(79例)LDL-C、non-HDL-C和AI与冠心病Gensini积分的相关性及其对冠心病严重程度的影响。结果:冠心病组LDL-C、non-HDL-C和AI明显高于对照组,且均与冠心病明显相关,其中AI的相关性最强。校正相关因素后,non-HDL-C、AI仍是Gensini积分的主要影响因素。高AI组发生冠心病的危险增加3.7倍(P<0.01),高non-HDL-C组发生冠心病的危险增加1.6倍。结论:LDL-C、non-HDL-C、AI与冠心病发病相关,其中non-HDL-C、AI还与冠心病的严重程度密切相关,且AI预测冠心病价值高于LDL-C和non-HDL-C。Objective:To analyze the relationship between low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL)C,non-high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(non-HDL)C and atherosclerosis index(AI)and the severity of coronary heart disease. Methods:The relationship between LDL-C,non-HDL-C,AI with coronary heart disease was analyzed. Results:LDL-C,non-HDL-C,and AI were significantly associated with coronary heart disease,in which the AI was the best. Compared to the subjects with low AI ratio,those with high AI ratio were 3.7 times more likely to be with coronary heart disease,those high non-HDL-C were 1.6 times more likely to be with coronary heart disease. Conclusion:LDL-C,non-HDL-C,AI are associated with coronary heart disease,in which the non-HDL-C and AI are also closely related to the severity of coronary artery disease. To LDL-C and non-HDL-C,AI may be the more better predictors with coronary heart disease.
