磷酸肌酸钠联合曲美他嗪治疗扩张型心肌病心力衰竭的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察磷酸肌酸钠联合曲美他嗪治疗扩张型心肌病(DCM)心力衰竭(HF)的临床疗效及安全性。方法:52例DCM HF者随机分为对照(16例。常规基础药物)、曲美他嗪(18例。常规+曲美他嗪)和联合治疗(18例。常规+曲美他嗪+磷酸肌酸钠)组。治疗2周后观察3组心功能变化。结果:联合治疗组与曲美他嗪和对照组比,脑钠肽、6分钟步行试验及对左心室射血分数改善明显(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗的基础上,加用磷酸肌酸钠并曲美他嗪能显著改善DCM HF患者的心功能。Objective：To observe the effect of creatine phosphate sodium combined with trimetazidine on the treatment of heart failure（HF）in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy（DCM）. Methods：A total of 52 DCM patients with HF were randomly divided into control（16 cases. common treatment）,trimetazidine（18 cases. common treatment＋trimetazidine）and combined treatment（18 cases. common treatment＋trimetazidine＋creatine phosphate sodium）groups.The changes of heart function among groups were observed 2 weeks after treatment. Results：Compared with trimetazidine and control groups,the brain natriuretic peptide、6-minute walk test and ejection fraction in the combined treatment group were obviously improved. Conclusion：Creatine phosphate sodium combined with trimetazidine can obviously improve heart function in DCM patients with HF,base on the basic treatment.
