摘　　要：为了有效预防大型群众性活动发生拥挤踩踏事件,介绍了大型群众性踩踏事件的主要特征和灾难性后果。通过国内外发生的大型群众性活动踩踏事件,分析了其诱因包括人流、场地、管理和安全素质等因素。结果表明,只有立足责任主体、风险评估、场地检查、教育培训、人群管理、行为引导、应急处置等方面,才能有效避免踩踏事件的发生。In order to effectively prevent large-scale mass stampede crowded events occur, this article describes the disastrous consequences of large-scale mass stampede. Through large-scale mass activities abroad stampede occurred, analysis of its incentives, including stream of people, the environment, management and personnel safety quality and other factors. The results showed that, only based on the main responsibility, risk assessment, site inspection, education and training, crowd management, behavioral guidance, and other aspects of emergency prevention and control can avoid the stampede.
