边防情报的“时间—效用”维度分析

摘　　要：边防情报的"时间—效用"维度分析就是以时间维度、效用维度为轴,研究不同时间节点边防情报效用价值的大小及其变化规律。以指挥决策时间点为参照,分析时间对边防情报效用的影响情况,总结"时间—效用"维度分析在理论和实践两个方面的意义,并进行"时间—效用"维度分析运用的范围及流程研究,有针对性地进行边防情报工作提供了规划思路。在此基础上,提出了运用"时间—效用"维度分析运用时应与其他维度相结合、与其他方法相结合,以达到分析过程的更加全面和详尽化。The＂ time and utility＂ dimension of frontier defense intelligence analysis is to study the value of the utility value of frontier intelligence at different time points with the time dimension and utility dimension as the axis. The command decision-making time as a reference, analysis of the effect of time of frontier defense intelligence utility, summary ＂ time effect＂ dimensions of significance in two aspects of theory and practice, and the scope of application and research on the process of ＂ time effect＂ dimension analysis, for the border control intelligence provides planning ideas. On this basis, the use of ＂ time utility＂ dimension analysis should be combined with other dimensions, and other methods to achieve more comprehensive and detailed analysis process.
